“Welfare may have been high on our priority list for some time, but COVID-19 challenged the PeopleWare team greatly. During this period, we organized a lot of follow-up meetings with our employees and they confirmed that they were having quite a difficult time. That’s why we participated in “the fittest company,” which was very positively received. The goal was to make as much physical progression as possible with the entire company. The first seed was planted! After 12 weeks, this journey came to an end and we wanted to continue the positive vibe.

In addition to the digital tools to support our internal communications, there are also physical incentives. At the start of our Move To Happiness journey, each employee received a starter box with more info about the different programs and some healthy goodies. Curiosity was immediately piqued.
