NOVEMBER:
Elevate Your Sleep and Minimize Stres
In November we focus on sleep and stress management. In collaboration with Dr. Inge Declercq, Move To Happiness proudly presents the 30-Day Elevate Your Sleep & Ease Your Stress Challenge. Each day, participants will incorporate a new tip (through short videos and practical tools ) into their daily routine, gradually ascending the ladder of sleep empowerment and stress reduction. Participants can track their progress through wearables and complete a start and finish test to observe the positive impact on their sleep and stress patterns. In this way, you as a company can measure the positive impact of a particular program.
FEBRUARY:
Sustainable Lifestyle
In February, we invite employees to reflect on their eating and drinking choices, recognizing that sustainability begins with individual actions. The challenge? Embrace "Tournée minérale" – 30 alcohol-free days, complemented by incorporating two vegan meals per week. Our campaign provides valuable insights into vegan dining, making plant-based choices accessible to all. Participants who persist have the chance to win a delightful dinner at a plant-based restaurant! Additionally, we encourage corporate kitchens to join us in embracing the vegan lifestyle for the entire month. As part of the journey, we'll be sharing delicious vegan recipes and mocktail inspiration to add a delightful touch to this sustainable lifestyle.
