Ready for you next athletic challenge? To prepare you for the 20K of Brussels, Accenture We Empower Move-Eat-Feel put together a 12-week training program. This program includes training schedules, running classes given by a running coach, testing moments during running classes, individual training schedules and participation in the event.

What to expect?

  • Personal training schedule for 12 weeks
  • 2 on site group testings for endurance – & resilience capacity
  • 4 on site group trainings to work on running technique

Practical

  • Trainings starts Thursday March 9
  • On site testings & trainings start at:
    • Group 1: 12 pm – 1 pm
    • Group 2: 1 pm – 2 pm
  • 20K of Brussels: May 28 2023

Meet your trainer: Geert Van den Dries

Geert Van den Dries (52) from Muizen near Mechelen.

Competitive in athletics, in which he started sprint numbers at 14 and stopped with marathons at 48, and active for more than 30 years as sports nutrition coach and personal trainer.

Individual running coach since 2002 for distances from 10km to marathon.
