2015
Embarked on the entrepreneurial journey, co-founders Valérie Fornoville and Kenneth Van Daele opened a sustainable fitness Eco Gym. In 2017, the facility underwent a transformation and was rebranded as "Move To Happiness," introducing the concept of clubs within a club to cater to individual needs.
2022
Valérie and Kenneth said goodbye to the physical gym as Move To Happiness underwent a complete transformation into an online platform, often referred to as the "Netflix of wellbeing." Different experts, such as Dr. Inge Declercq (neurologist), Michaël Sels (TV chef and head dietitian at UZA), Ellen Schouppe (former sports psychologist with the Belgian Cats), shared their expertise through educational programs on the platform.
2023
From a two-(wo)men show, the organization evolved into a team of eight and underwent a strategic shift, transitioning into a centralized people sustainability platform dedicated to helping companies translate the social pillar of ESG to their workforce. The platform's content portfolio expanded to cover essential topics such as environmental responsibility and diversity and inclusion, complementing its existing focus on wellbeing. Additionally, the platform's capabilities were enriched with the introduction of challenges, a communication feed, a subscription module, and other enhanced features.
