In our annual plan each month is dedicated to a specific SDG campaign in which we educate, challenge and unite employees. This approach allows us to spotlight educational programs, challenges, activities, and news items throughout the year. For instance, January focuses on traditional New Year's resolutions, while June centers around promoting "30 Days Less Car."

As autumn arrives, we support your employees in alleviating stress through our Recharge programs.

Personalization of the framework

The foundational annual plan can be enhanced with the integration of existing corporate initiatives. Through the customization of the annual plan, the Move To Happiness platform can be transformed into your very own platform! Seamless communication can be established between various locations, parent and subsidiary companies, as well as global headquarters and local offices.

MAY: Competition month

Running, biking, and swimming competitions to celebrating the most active team member. In May the spirit of competition takes center stage.

We complement these challenges with educational content, such as 'start to move,' 'how to lose weight,' and 'how to eat healthy.' The pinnacle of the month is our company-wide container cup, providing a physical arena for employees to challenge themselves and celebrate the power of teamwork.

JUNE: 30 Days Less Car

In the month of June, we encourage employees to embrace a car-free approach whenever possible. Emphasizing that even small changes can lead to substantial benefits, we explore the environmental impact of opting for bicycles more frequently. To assist employees on this journey, we provide valuable tips, tricks, and incentives.
